In the Piper Gallery during September . . .
Along a Sky Line
I enjoy exploring color, light, depth, and space while working expressively and intuitively. I paint in oils for their transparency and wide spectrum of colors. The final results emerge from the process of experimentation with the paint, brush strokes and my imagination. I am inspired by New England's landscapes; through my work I hope to capture the diverse moods and incredible beauty of nature that I have witnessed.
I started to paint ten years ago while still working as an architect. Over the years, I have studied with many great artists and teachers. I show my work in Boston and New York City and my paintings are in several private collection in the USA, Canada and Europe.
