Adults

• Download and fill out a Minuteman Uniform Registration Application before coming to the library. Apply in person by presenting this application and two pieces of identification bearing name and address. Your card will be issued immediately and can be used the same day at any Minuteman Library. Cards are not issued online.

• There is no charge for your first library card. There is, however, a charge for replacement cards.

Children

• Children over the age of 5 and through 5th grade may apply for a library card.

• A child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must have identification listing his or her name and address.
