Summer reading programs aren't just for kids! We're bringing back the popular program for adults. Want to participate? Here's how:
- Read a book. Read anything. Need a recommendation? Take a look at the virtual book carousels below, or come in and see our book displays, popular magazines, bestseller lists, the Novelist database , or ask a librarian!
- Submit a review--in person or online. You can stop by the library to fill out a short review card or, new this year, you can submit a review through our dedicated Summer Reading Tumblr site . By submitting a review online, not only are you participating in our program, you're able to participate from anywhere in the world — even the beach!
- Win prizes! Each week a winner will be chosen at random. Each weekly winner will receive a gift certificate to a local store or eatery. At the end of the summer, we'll pick a Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize this year will be an Amazon Kindle!
