"Fence removed - Hancock Church not built (1893) site of church occupied by residence of Augustus Wellington who carried on a milk business. Augustus was father of Herbert [L?] and grandfather of Herbert A. The house is now located on Parker Street on right as one enters the playground. Notice how the grass plot extended down the Avenue."
