Bowman Tavern, 837 Massachusetts Avenue, East Lexington.
A working tavern between 1820 and 1843. Later, Augustus Childs had a store here. Near Curve Street in East Lexington. A Federal style house with 5 bays, a portico, and a white picket fence. There is a smaller ell in rear attached to the house.
