"This is the famous "Muzzey." First locomotive on this branch. The man standing in the cab is John Peters, the Engineer. He lived on East Street. He was born in Germany, came here as a young man and married a member of the Fiske family. (His daughter married Timothy K. Fiske 1857.)" |
