Gershom Swan (father of Charles W. Swan). In wagon, hired man [note; or is this Fershom Swan, and hired man is with rake by cart?] and Etta Locke (sister of Herbert). Next back of cart, Miss Elizabeth Harrington [taking off Etta Locke's hat with a pitchfork]. Next, Otis Munroe [and] wife Sophia, member of a Boston family, summer boarders in town. [Add Mrs. Clarissa (Mead) Harrington, mother of Elizabeth Harrington] Last, Bowen Harrington, father of George D. Harrington. [And who is the woman seated in the hay-wagon? She has been overlooked]"
