Date 1934
Abstract Leaflet, "A Declaration by Citizens of Lexington, Massachusetts, April 19, 1934," 4 copies. With booklet, "A Declaration by Lexington Citizens."

This "Declaration," addressed to the U.S. Senators and Congressmen of Massachusetts, was a protest against legislative acts and "unreasonable interference by the Federal government" that they felt infringed their rights as citizens. (Perhaps this had to do with acts taken to combat the Great Depression of the 1930s.)
