June 30, 1962: suggests that the Committee discuss several topics, including the production of a musical play or pageant, the replacement of resigned Committee members, the appointment of a Publicity Chairman, and the design of a poster stamp.
September 10, 1962: submits resignation as a member of the Committee for reasons of health; but offers to be consulted on different topics, and to assist with a program booklet.
November 3, 1962: reports on willingness to provide information to Don Cobb, who will write newspaper articles; and on results of looking for old flags.
