The excerpts detail the bequesting of land harboring the "Hayward Well" and the monument to James Hayward to the Lexington Historical Society, as well as "The field where Major Pitcairn's pistols were captured in April, 1775", bound by Massachusetts Avenue and Wood Street and a stone wall.
Bashian also gives to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the plot of land known as "Burial Grounds of British Soldiers who were killed on April 19, 1775."
