||Edwin B. Worthen Collection
||Letters to the Editor written by Anita P. Worthen and Ethel J. Morey, Lexington Minute Man, August 30, 1962
Worthen defends the Lexington Historical Society from Victor McCrossen's prev iously published claims that the Historical Society is an organization interested only in the Battle of Lexington. She suggests that McCrossen overstated the importance of the Ambrose Morell house and understated the town of Lexington's commitment to preserving its past.
Morey agrees with McCrossen's earlier published letter to the editor, and commends McCrossen's writing skills.
