The 2018 Eric J Moskow Memorial Fund Program

Join us for a one-of-a-kind puppetry experience! Get ready to outsmart dragons, choose-your-own superpower, and train adorable animal sidekicks in this fun, energetic, participatory show. “Cardboard Explosion!” brings four original stories to life using nothing but cardboard and the power of your imagination. With help from the audience, puppeteer Brad Shur transforms simple cardboard shapes into elaborate puppet characters, bringing them to life right before your eyes.
Space is limited. Free tickets† available in the Children’s Room beginning Monday, Apr 9 at 7:00 pm. Phone reservations accepted beginning at 7:30 pm.

The Eric Jordan Moskow Memorial Fund was founded in 2016 by the generous gift of Richard and Shirley Moskow to the endowment of Cary Memorial Library to celebrate the life of the Moskow’s son Eric.

Bring a picnic dinner, spread out a blanket, and enjoy a family movie! The room will open at 6:00 pm, 30 minutes before the start of the movie.

Children of all ages and abilities and their caregivers are invited to get crafty with us. Stay for half an hour or the entire hour and a half. No registration necessary.

 * Space in the Meeting Room is limited; attendance will be first-come-first-served.
** If fewer than 5 children are registered, program may be cancelled. 

† Everyone must have a ticket to enter the program. Reserved tickets must be picked up at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the program. Unclaimed tickets will be given to those waiting. Parking can be a problem when we have large events, so please plan ahead.
